Step 2: Get a Quote & Timeline

Once we receive your material, we:

• Review your submission

• Confirm the type of patent or trademark drawing needed (utility, design, or trademark)

• Send you a quote and delivery date within 12–24 hours

There’s no upfront payment at this stage.

Step 3: We Create Your Drawings

Our expert illustrators begin working on your drawings based on your country’s patent office guidelines:

• USPTO (United States)

• EPO (Europe)

• WIPO (International)

• IPO (India) and others

We focus on:

• Accuracy and clarity

• Proper line weight, views, shading (for design patents)

• Compliance with legal formatting🔄 Step 4: Review & Revise

Once your drawings are ready, we’ll share watermarked drafts with you.
You can:

• Request changes (we offer unlimited revisions)

• Add or remove views

• Clarify technical elements

We won’t stop until you’re 100% satisfied.

Step 5: Pay & Download Final Files

When you’re happy with the final drawings:

• We send the invoice

• You make the payment

• We deliver high-resolution final files (PDF, AI, DWG, etc.)

You’re only charged after you approve the work. No risk. Full transparency.
